According to Webster's Dictionary, a hypocrite is defined as a person who puts on a false appearance of virtue or religion. It also defines a hypocrite as a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs. When I looked up this definition, the only thing that was missing was a picture of Ralph Bunche Cooperative (RBC) Board President Carolyn Lee.
On March 18, 2010 at the RBC Annual Meeting, Carolyn Lee aided by Kirkpatrick Management Company agents falsely accused Otis Jenkins of obtaining a credit card from Bank of America holding Ralph Bunche Cooperative as the guarantor. According to Carolyn, obtaining a credit card with RBC as the guarantor is a violation of the RBC By-laws and the RBC Occupancy Agreement. However, every month Valerie Hall, Regional Property Manager for Kirkpatrick Management Company (KMC) uses RBC funds to pay Carolyn's Verizon Wireless cellular phone. As you know, Board positions are voluntary and absolutely do not come with any financial perks. Carolyn knows this and so does Valerie. Further, why are members expected to pay Carolyn's cell phone bill when they cannot have the telephone number to reach her?
How is paying Carolyn's cell phone any different from what she accused Otis of? It's not! It's actually worse, because Otis didn't obtain a credit card with RBC as the guarantor and the accusations made by Carolyn and her
attorney Sam Gunn were false. I say "her", because it doesn't look like Attorney Gunn is acting in the best interest of any member of RBC other than Carolyn.
