As history at RBC has shown, it’s not necessarily how educated you are or how many Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines you can quote that makes you a good Board member. Sometimes all it takes is good old fashioned common sense and courtesy and a sincere interest in making things better. There are a lot of members at Ralph Bunche Cooperative (RBC) who have a genuine interest in the property and how it is being managed. These members also are not afraid to lodge complaints when necessary, stop would-be criminals and vandals, they keep their units and the property surrounding it clean, and are overall pretty decent members. Although this is an unsolicited list of the top 10 potential members, these members these members would definitely be good for RBC.
